The classic crisp yet chewy crust with an open, irregular crumb, made from organic heirloom Turkey Red wheat. Slow rise for depth of flavor.  Threre are two flavor options (plain or seeded). The seeded are rolled in sesame, poppy, sunflower, flax and charnuska seeds. Great for sandwiches, crostini, or just plain eating.
